With a career that began in excavation, Adrian brings decades of hands-on experience to every project, having mastered each phase of residential construction—from site preparation to final finishes. His deep understanding of both modular and traditional stick-built homes, as well as additions and garages, ensures that every build is executed with precision and care.

Beyond his work at Landmark Builders, Adrian serves on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Manufactured Housing Association (CMHA), where he advocates for quality standards and innovation in the modular housing industry. His commitment to excellence and community involvement reflects his dedication to building not just homes, but lasting relationships.
